Super Admin


Full access to everything: all employee data, billing, settings, audit log, and admin tools. Typically the company owner or founder.


HR Admin


Access to all employee data, reports, documents, and onboarding. Cannot access billing or payment settings.


Manager


Can view and manage their direct reports only. Can approve time-off requests from their team. Can view documents for their reports.


Employee


Can view their own profile, submit time-off requests, view their own documents, and complete their own onboarding tasks.
