Can I try Plintio for free?


Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required.


How many employees can I add?


Depends on your plan: Starter (25), Growth (75), Pro (150).


Is my data secure?


Yes. All data is encrypted, stored in SOC 2 compliant infrastructure, and every action is logged in an immutable audit trail.


Can I import employees from a spreadsheet?


CSV import is on our roadmap. For now, you can add employees individually.


What happens when my trial ends?


You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't subscribe, your account becomes read-only.


Can I cancel anytime?


Yes. Cancel from the Billing page. Your account stays active until the end of the billing period.


Do you support Canadian companies?


Yes! Plintio supports both US and Canadian businesses.


How do I contact support?


Email support@plintio.com. Starter plans get email support; Growth and Pro get priority response times.


Can managers see all employees?


No. Managers can only see and manage their direct reports. HR Admins and Super Admins can see everyone.


Is there a mobile app?


Not yet, but Plintio is fully responsive and works great on mobile browsers.
