How to Request Deletion


Account deletion is not self-serve in the current version. To delete your account and all associated data:


1. Email support@plintio.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"

2. Include your company name and the email address associated with your account

3. We will confirm the deletion within 5 business days


What Gets Deleted


Your company record and all settings

All employee records

All time-off requests

All documents (removed from storage)

All onboarding assignments

Your user account and authentication data

All audit log entries


What We Keep


Nothing. Once deletion is complete, all data is permanently removed. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts beyond 30 days.
